The essence of a product is in its origin, so we make our premium gin Gin9 strictly without the addition of botanicals.
Our distilled gin, London Dry Gin style, comes from the distillation of alcohol flavored with juniper. It is alcohol that goes through various processes of distillation and filtration in the alambics of our own distillery, located in Vilafranca del Penedès, one of the few wine distilleries in Catalonia (Spain).
Then we distill again the mixture and we filter it to obtain a base gin base between 70 and 80 degrees of alcohol. This base is mixed with high purity water before being bottled by hand at our facilities with 40 degrees of alcohol.
Premium gin Gin9 can be taken with ice, cocktails or with a fantastic GIN Tonic.
Orujo is performed with a careful selection of raw materials, always looking for natural products in our local environment and we take care of every detail throughout all the production process.
Marc is a liquor distilled from the residue grapes from our estates, that is, those solid parts from the grape harvest that are not used for wine or cava. These are the stalks, skin, stone and flesh of grapes from the first soaking and fermenting grapes.
We seek for the maximum expression and harmony in our Marc through maceration, distillation and aging processes. It has aged for 6 years in Limousin oak barrels in our distillery located in Vilafranca del Penedès, one of the few wine distilleries in Catalonia (Spain).
The aging process, overseen by a winemaker from Mascaró family, allows us to obtain an optimal alcohol grade which express the aromatic complexity of Marc.
In order to enjoy Marc in its highest expression we suggest an optimum temperature of service between 16ºC and 18ºC.
